Off Grid PV Inverter:
Off-grid PV inverter is also called stand-alone inverter, which means do not be connected to the utility grid and are not required to have anti-islanding protection. It draws DC energy from the batteries charged by the PV array. Many of them also integrates a built-in battery charger to replenish energy from the batteries in the presence of an AC source.
Hybrid PV Inverter:
Hybrid solar inverter combines solar inverter and battery inverter into one device that intelligently manages power from solar panels, solar cells, and the utility grid at the same time. It simplifies energy monitoring as you can check vital data such as performance and energy production through the inverter panel or connected smart devices.

A: On-grid solar inverter can’t work without utility grid, it will be shut down during power outage. While off-grid inverter and hybrid inverter won’t be influenced by power outage.
